Open Proxies
ProxyMesh tests over 1000 open proxies every 15 minutes, then excludes all the proxies that either do not work or maliciously manipulate requests. Typically, 200 - 400 of these open proxies pass all the tests. These are the same proxy IPs that are used in the [ProxyMesh Open Proxy](https://docs.proxymesh.com/article/45-open-proxy). This API provides access to that list of working open proxies.
